With a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies and a minor’s degree in Translation studies (English – Chinese), Jessica has rich experience in translation from English to Chinese. As an English-Cantonese interpreter at Kelly Services Inc., Jessica actively practiced her medical and community interpretation skills. Having worked at Gold Mountain Travel Services Inc. for a year, she was provided with opportunities to translate various documents including official letters, certificates, degrees, transcripts, legal documents, etc. As a Freelance Translator and Interpreter (English-Chinese), Jessica completed translation projects assigned by Translation companies across Canada including the Translation Agency of Manitoba and The Interpreters’ Group Inc. The projects vary from official document translation to on-site interpretation. Jessica has also translated the literature work “Tea with the Mad Hatters” which was published in Edmonton, Alberta.
