ATIA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

In-Person and Online Participation 

 ATIA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Calgary, with online participation available via Zoom. The AGM is an important opportunity for members to receive the Association’s annual reports, review its financial position and plans for the coming year, participate in Association business, and elect members of Council. 

Members attending in person are asked to register by October 9, 2026 to confirm attendance, reserve lunch, and identify any dietary requirements. 

Certified members who are unable to attend should submit a Proxy Form by October 12, 2026. 

Associate members are warmly encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM; however, they do not have voting rights.
