I work as an in-house French to English translator on the Anglocom team at TRSB, completing translations in a variety of domains including, banking, administration, tourism, and human resources. In addition to taking 13 years of French immersion, I did my translation studies at the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto.
Prior to becoming a translator, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honour’s) degree and my Master of Arts in Human Kinetics. I then spent 10 years working as a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) for athletes from the provincial to Olympic level. I also have 5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, facilitating in-person and virtual workshops on personal resilience to a variety of companies in Canada, the U.S., and England.
I enjoy bringing my diverse educational and professional experiences to bear on my translations, helping me faithfully convey the original author’s message from French into English.
